I thought it didn't work but turns out I just had to unplug it from my phone. If your video crashes, just switch app tabs and back in the app. the video should play again. I have already requested a replacement when it was not defective but make sure you follow the steps below to determine if it is defective or not. 4 stars because it actually works quite well.
