I bought this docking station to complement my temporary home office. This is a really versatile docking station that works great with my Dell office laptop and my personal HP laptop. Dell dock. You can see the comparison in the attached pictures. I currently have two monitors connected to a Displayport (DP) and HDMI port, but I think it can support up to 3 monitors as the third can be connected to the VGA port. I chose this model over others based on the good reviews and its ability to quickly charge a laptop (when plugged in) so you don't have to worry about an extra charging cable. The supplied cables are long enough. The brushed aluminum finish and lack of cutting edges look great. It's quite a powerful device with many options/ports like USB, HDMI, DP, VGA, Audio, SD card etc. Installation was quite simple and easy. I don't even need to look at the manual.
