It didn't help us!
We used it for a few days before throwing it away. It leaves a lot of glare on the screen (due to reflection). The straps are not as strong and will weaken over time. We bought this for road trips and it was such a pain. Our small tablet fit in very well, but it stuck to the inside making it difficult to get in and out easily. I ended up buying another holder.
