If you want to connect this monitor to your Mac Mini, please check the cables first! I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to drown out the "No Signal" message. I've tried all the cables that came in the box and a few of my own to no avail. Finally found a 10 year old male to male HDMI connector in the spare parts box and now we can start. Of course, no HDMI cable was included. Viewsonic needs to deliver the needed parts better. I was probably only a minute away from repackaging the monitor for a return. A few years ago I had a Viewsonic monitor which was excellent but the build quality of this monitor is cheap.
