One plug had wrong wires
One of the five sets of wires was wrong. Instead of red, black, blue, yellow, gray, green on both sides, there was black, blue, blue, yellow, gray, green on one side. (See photo) Another connector also had a wire pulled out of the connector but snapped back into place easily. We'll live with that as we don't have time to wait for a replacement, but quality control needs improvement.
