AVOID THIS ONE LIKE A PLAGUE! Not only does it scratch extremely easily, I mean just bumping the urn against something soft it will scratch and to the metal. Even the bag was of very poor quality. It sheds everywhere and the print on the bag was distorted and flaked off when touched, (which would not have been a big deal). PERSONALIZTION WAS NOT GOOD at all. Very very disappointed, so much so that I will have to purchase another urn because the personalization was the wrong name, date of birth and date of death, after waiting for a month and no replacement or offer of such I am going to have to purchase another. Which I would have needed to even if had been correct. I cannot express how much disappointment this urn has brought to me and my family during this time. AVOID THIS URN!
