A Great Musical Beginning

We got this for my 2 (almost 3) year old who was showing musical interests and I adore it! It is durable enough to deal with 2 toddler boys and the flat surfaces make wiping off sticky finger marks easy and I don’t have to worry about keys getting jammed with small toys. It’s also small enough to have a place in our small toy closet, but big enough to be easy to play. I love that he is learning the basics of reading sheet music and identifying songs by their melody. I have fun playing easy…

Pros
  • My granddaughter loves it.
Cons
  • Batteries lose charge quickly

I bought this cool drum set toy on a whim for my 18 month old son who LOVES to move to any type of music thinking he might like it but I didn't really think much about it and honestly totally forgot I ordered it until it arrived 2 days later (it was a rough 2 days. lol) so when it came I opened it up and immediately just gave it to him right there in the kitchen. He ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT and STILL does! My kid NEVER played with any of the multitude of noise producing, colorfully constant…

Pros
  • This is such a great christmas or birthday gift! Do yourself a favor and trust me when i say buy it!
Cons
  • Produces irritating sound

Durable and fun on my review.

My 3 yr old received this guitar as a gift, he has enjoyed it and is the perfect size. Also have an 8 month old who enjoys playing will it and likes that lights. Very durable, highly recommended

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to hold for small hands
Cons
  • Toy falls apart easily

Its pretty cool for my opinion

Cool toy for babies who like to bang. My son believes in destruction and has thrown it around a bit and it still works good. Its not as sensitive as i would lile it to be, but then again, its for babies and not adults.

Pros
  • They I’m sure will be good but they are much smaller than I thought they would be
Cons
  • Not entertaining for older toddlers

Baby Einstein piano

Love how versatile it is. The cards will play the short piece. The keys have a small circle and are numbered coinciding with the music cards so you can follow, the keys can be played independent of the cards. The piano is made of wood and cards of flexible plastic. A child as young as 9months till about toddler’s age can enjoy this toy.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and sanitize, making it perfect for young children
Cons
  • No adjustable playback

Musical Toy that Inspires and Delights

This is the best toy ever! My nine month old granddaughter LOVES it! She can create music and add to prerecorded songs by touch! She did a crawling baby’s version of dancing because of this toy! Should be a mainstay in every baby’s home!❤️

Pros
  • My nephews 1 and 7 both liked playing with it. Just install batteries and it's ready to go.
Cons
  • Limited range of notes

Great toy for my grandson

I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas when he was only 6 months. Like most babies he typically wants to play with everything except his toys however this is one toy that he enjoys and is always playing with. I believe because his mom and dad are music lovers so this is something he may ultimate enjoy. It is durable and light enough for him to move it around on the floor with him.

Pros
  • Features 2 instruments (ukulele, banjo) 2 animal voices (cow, Duck)
Cons
  • Poor quality buttons

Great gift! on my review.

Bought for my 3month old thinking she would be too young. She’s captivated by the keys and the sensitivity of the keys makes it possible for her to actually use the piano! She’ll definitely grow into it! Love!

Pros
  • Introduces young children to different cultures and music styles
Cons
  • Not recommended for children with hearing aids or cochlear implants

Great buy but… good for me

We love this because the sounds are nice. Not too loud. I did dismantle it to remove the components to make the big blue button play songs with one touch. That was annoying and should be an optional on:off switch. After one year, the decal/paint thingy for the keys are showing some wear, but overall pretty happy with it. Not ugly all plastic junk either. Make the song button optional!

Pros
  • Introduces children to different sounds and rhythms
Cons
  • No adjustable pitch

Not for a 6mo old in my review

Easily pulls over and my baby hit her face, twice. I decided it was for an older baby, not 6 mo+. We put it away for when she's older.

Pros
  • my daughter loves this !
Cons
  • Limited battery life

Fun little piano best in my review

Works great, and my 10 month old granddaughter loves it. The only issue is that It tips easily when she uses it to stand up.

Pros
  • My almost 7 month old has been playing with this a lot. He has a blast.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other similar toys

Dead key and different volumes per side :/

I was really excited about this because a friend had one and it was so great! The one I ordered had a dead key, and one side of the piano had full volume and the other had very muted volume. I think it’s just a one off but makes me sad!

Pros
  • Perfect for encouraging group play and collaboration with other children
Cons
  • Strings are hard to pluck

Great toy. Love it!

My 9 month old has fun with it. He only bangs on it now, but I can see he will do more when his small motor skills improve, which means this toy can last a while. It has beautiful piano sound, much better than many other music toys.It does flip over when the baby bangs hard on it, but it doesn’t concern me. He learns about it quickly and never gets hurt.

Pros
  • Makes a fun and unique gift for baby showers or birthdays
Cons
  • Strings break frequently

Nice instrument toy

Cute piano! This is part of a very nice line of baby Einstein "magic” instruments that have this touch feature instead of press-able keys. I want all the instruments! They are decently priced so maybe over time we’ll put together a little band collection.I got this for my 15 month old son for Christmas. I ordered it from Walmart but it is readily available in BuyBuyBaby as well. It is a cute size, could be a little bigger, but for the price it’s nice. No obnoxious colors like that horrible…

Pros
  • Portable, so it can be taken on the go to keep your child entertained
Cons
  • Not safe for older toddlers to play with

Little Musician good for me

My son adores this toy. I play ukulele and hubby plays guitar so our son wants to play along with us too, mimicking what we do. So much fun!

Pros
  • Teaches cause and effect to young children
Cons
  • Not engaging enough

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad but. on my review.

It’s a good toy for 10 month old- 3 year old. But the toy itself has a creepy side. It will play music notes by itself and so here I am sleeping in bed and I can hear this toy playing notes all by itself on the one where it teaches you the music. And only at night it will play by itself. Other than that it’s not bad toy! It’s pretty good!

Pros
  • Has 3 different settings for use. Little expensive for what it is.
Cons
  • Not very educational

Rocking out for my opinion

I’ll tell you why I like this product, it has no strings to break but still functions as a guitar with strings. It also has preset Melodie’s, two types of notes, musical/animal. Bright colors, sleek design, and durible for any child who is rough with their toys. I’d highly recommend for any child who likes music.

Pros
  • Allows for an easy transition to real musical instruments as the child grows
Cons
  • Not compatible with all music genres

both grandsons love it. Now we have a band.

It has a two volume control and that helps. There are different ways to make.music. The one year olds love it and start dancing. It is so cute.

Pros
  • Bought for 1 yr old was a great gift.
Cons
  • Too small for toddlers to hold

Granddaughter loves this piano, great product!

Although it says it's for 12+ months, we decided to get it earlier as we thought my granddaughter would really like it, and we'd only allow use with supervision. She LOVES it, and at 7 months old will sit and play with this for long periods. After initial play, she'll go do something else then within minutes come back to it and play some more, and repeat. The "sheet music" is quite sturdy, she bends it backwards and forwards while in the slots, and she has yet (knock on wood) to cause a crease in

Pros
  • Wooden which is a plus in my book , hardy and sounds great.
Cons
  • No adjustable neck

Such a cute little piano!

I gifted this to my 1 yr old nephew for Christmas and it's very good quality and so cute. It comes with many settings and is made of durable wood. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Pros
  • This was a hit with my Grand Nephews and Niece. They love music and are great explorers.
Cons
  • Easily damaged by spills
