A Great Musical Beginning
We got this for my 2 (almost 3) year old who was showing musical interests and I adore it! It is durable enough to deal with 2 toddler boys and the flat surfaces make wiping off sticky finger marks easy and I don’t have to worry about keys getting jammed with small toys. It’s also small enough to have a place in our small toy closet, but big enough to be easy to play. I love that he is learning the basics of reading sheet music and identifying songs by their melody. I have fun playing easy nursery rhymes for my boys and having them guess the song: It even allows you to play multiple notes at once! I think this would be excellent for older (up through elementary aged) kids as well.
