Advantages: 1. Very strong phone holder on the rearview mirror. Read the instructions for moving the brackets to attach the bracket to the mirror. Traveled on local and highway, bumpy roads. The holder is super strong.2. The mount is under the rearview mirror so it doesn't block my front view or center screen. Look at the picture, my current long arm mount is blocking my view of the center screen. When the car reverses, I can't see the rear view camera screen.3. Since the bracket is located under the rear view mirror, it is easy to reach. I don't have to reach out to touch the buttons on my phone.4. Contains 3 magnets (2 circles and 1 rectangle) for the case. The magnets are strong enough to hold any regular phone case. Just make sure the magnet is not in the middle of the phone where it is used to charge the phone magnetically.5. Customer service is excellent and keeps track of the purchase. Cons: 1. Unfortunately, I have a durable phone case (Poetic Spartan Case). The magnet is not strong enough for the mount. As soon as I started driving, the phone fell off.2. Look at the phone (see photos). I don't have a good sense of direction. I rely heavily on GPS. I really have to turn my head to see the phone's GPS when it's on the rear view mirror holder. Compared to the old phone holder, the phone GPS is right in front of me. Customer Service: Excellent. Very fast email response time. The company sent me a regular phone holder to replace the magnet because of my heavy phone case. The phone on the bracket is fixed very securely.
