Cute but insufficient

The glasses arrived with a scratch on the lens where it affects my vision and distracts me, then lens flares when I give virtual presentations are quite serious. I was asked to consider buying another pair. My clients do complex emotional work and feel more comfortable seeing my eyes rather than a bluish reflection of themselves. They just don't work for me.
