Review on AGPtEK Hands-Free Call Center Noise Cancelling Corded Binaural Headset: Crystal Clear Communication for Desk Phone - Ideal for Telephone Counselling Services, Insurance, and Hospitals by Doug Darling

I've only had them for a few days but I like them so far! I bought these because I use single ear headphones for work and I have a mild hearing loss. The audio from the provided headphones was not loud enough and at times I struggled to understand the representatives we had to speak to. The sound in this new headset is way louder than I expected and it's amazing! My office phone wasn't on the list of phones the headset was compatible with (I didn't realize that until I bought it) so I was worried it wouldn't work. However, they work great and I don't need an adapter! I feel like they are noise canceling based on my experience so far. Over time I will be able to see how durable they are. I have high hopes but even if they break there is a guarantee which is nice. (If they break I'll update my review.) I have a lot of hair so the metal part of the headset doesn't bother me at all. My only complaint is that the earcups are a bit small, but that doesn't really bother me. Overall I think this was a good buy for the price! I'm glad I found her!
