Overall I'm very happy with this press for the price. I didn't have the alignment issues that some other reviewers have mentioned. The instructions that came with my device were adequate but not perfect. The instructions consist of a sheet of paper the size of an application. Mine are badly faded and torn from being thrown in the press box (see attached image). The photos and instructions were very clear and easy to understand (although difficult to read as they were torn and faded). The instructions show that it is possible to press eyelets out of thin material without pre-stamping. While it's possible, it's very cumbersome as the top cube isn't magnetic and won't hold the puck in place. I've successfully done this, but it's not worth the effort, so I'll just pre-flash everything. (Harbor Freight offers a set of eight dies for less than $10 that includes the three sizes included with this press.) Pros: - Good value - Sturdy construction - Doesn't require a lot of hand strength - Can easily be carried without Become desktop mount - Comes with three sets of dies - Good range of bushings Cons: - Bushings are very light (although very easy to press) - Many bushing washers are deformed - Dies are not magnetic - For all practical purposes even thin material is needed be pre-perforated. The instructions are mixed.
