I really like the idea of this seat and thought it would be great to encourage our 18 month old to use the potty. Assembly was easy and we went straight to "Step 2". He is a climber and I thought he could get up and try potty training on his own, I was so wrong the first time he potty trained. This product is so unstable and unsafe! With every push he slides off the toilet or his legs come off the floor. It looks like there must be other parts to connect the armrests to the actual seat. I haven't decided yet if I want to go through a return and find a better option or use some screws and 'fix' it myself. Very dissatisfied with the quality and finish of what could have been a great product.
