I host meetings for a trade association. I was hoping this system would provide a good remote presence option for hybrid meetings. They can work great when everyone is seated around a large table as shown in the photos. For our meetings we usually convert 6-8 2m banquet tables into a U-shaped meeting table with a projector in the middle. The 10 foot cord that comes with this system is not long enough to space the blocks far enough to cover this table arrangement. And despite what another reviewer said, you can't just buy a longer 3.5mm AV cable. The cable for these devices is proprietary and longer standard cables are not suitable for microphone functions. In our 15-person meeting, distant participants could only hear the 2-3 people seated closest to each device.
