The ability for my members/patients who do not have computers, tablets or smart phones can log into through social media (facebook). This feature saves me time when it comes patient appointments at off office times etc., It also makes tracking treatment progress easy! I would like access from home as well but so far there isn't an app just yet which was something we had been looking forward too.. My favorite part about this software though its how fast you set things up compared what other systems take longer than needed!! You will love using Buz Doc because all staff feel confident working together without needing separate training each week unlike some companies out here where they keep hiring new admins constantly even if everything works perfect already. I like that you can create your own groups for different patient types or sub-specialties within an organization, so it's easy to keep track of who should be seeing whom when there are multiple doctors at once. It would also help if they could give us access as soon as we sign up - instead of having to wait until our first appointment! We've been able to use this system effectively since signing onto the site last year.
