Jacket came a day late but I think it was a delivery problem. I ordered XL 16/18 (my approximate size). It was snug but not tight but I'm a 40D so most shirts etc fit right in that space for me. It is not designed to be worn closed. So if you plan to wear it like this (there's a hook and loop halfway up the front) order one size up. The sleeves are comfortable, not as tight as possible. I really liked this one and will be ordering another one in a different color.
