Seems to be underfilled with freezing medium

Product works well and will withstand already cold food for several (5) hours on an 80 degree day. Mine seemed very light with a noticeable mass of about 1/3 the size of the device that slides back and forth when shaken. Despite the expansion, the product appears to have been underfilled with coolant. This could explain the short retention time.
