Oh my god. I really had my doubts. I couldn't afford Ashley Blacks so I ordered this. Ashley recommends 20 minutes a day. The way the muscles recover, I use it every other day. My focus allows me to practice 3 minutes per area. I also do more than 50 squats a day. My legs were covered with cellulite. Never. I'm 52 and my hips look 20 again. I'm so happy.
