Definitely for cellulite!

Oh my god. I really had my doubts. I couldn't afford Ashley Blacks so I ordered this. Ashley recommends 20 minutes a day. The way the muscles recover, I use it every other day. My focus allows me to practice 3 minutes per area. I also do more than 50 squats a day. My legs were covered with cellulite. Never. I'm 52 and my hips look 20 again. I'm so happy. Photo from five weeks ago. The improvement continued.

A blue nightmare is good for wellness and relaxation

I've read the reviews and watched a few videos so the bruise isn't new to me but it's a holy cow! That's ridiculous! I was only doing moderate pressure, wasn't that painful to roll/"massage",woke up with all these very painful bruises,it hurts to walk! Effectively massages tense and tense muscles, but not very high quality.

This is the replacement I got after the first one I got was a splinter and not suitable for bare skin. I've been using it for a little over 2 weeks and I'm still wary of using it on bare skin so I use it over my clothes. My calf muscles feel tight and this is very effective in massaging the muscles.
