Pleasant feeling/uncertainty of real clinical benefit

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first ice scooter. I figured it was an actual cylinder of ice that you freeze and stick in (isn't that more of a reusable solid form ice pack?). I really like it when I have a headache or my face is hot because I'm outside. I'm not sure of the general utility, but for these purposes it feels good.
