Excellent camera system, works well, good quality and easy to use

Excellent system, video quality is excellent, frames are fast and clear, no skipping. Setup was easy, the autopair feature is great, as soon as I turned on the NVR and cameras the footage was visible. Programming the NVR is very easy, you can set it to record ON THE GO, TIME or 24/7. I set mine to motion, the motion sensors are accurate and the night vision is very clear. Solid nonsense about video surveillance devices

The cameras work for 10 minutes, after which the inscription "No video source" goes out, nothing has changed, the product is just junk. The support number 1 866 678 0666 is useless as is the camera setting, no one answers. So I'll box up this junk and ship it back, saving you money, this product isn't worth the hassle of installing it. If you try the "website" it's nothing more than a PDF of an online manual. Bought and installed and was very satisfied. The instruction manual was a bit clumsy due to the language barrier, so I had to decipher it. If the cameras don't have a good signal, they lag behind. I had some questions about how to get the PC software working and emailed the company a few times with no response. But once I saw how the phone app worked, I didn't care if the PC software worked. System itself works well, records, easy to set up. The camera's field of view could have been a bit wider, but they are sharp and work well at night. For the money I think it's a decent system. Well after using these cameras for 2 months I have to say they have been torture. There are so many problems with these cameras.1. The app keeps freezing, for playback I have to close the app several times to keep it running smoothly.2. One of the cameras only has a black and white image.3. One of the cameras will send me blank emails when motion is detected.4.
