Bought and installed and was very satisfied. The instruction manual was a bit clumsy due to the language barrier, so I had to decipher it. If the cameras don't have a good signal, they lag behind. I had some questions about how to get the PC software working and emailed the company a few times with no response. But once I saw how the phone app worked, I didn't care if the PC software worked. I then emailed the company again asking if I could add more cameras to this system, but no response. Then I went and gave my review of the product a star (which kind of disappeared). This caught their attention, after which they told them to email them. OK. So I emailed them again. Guess what? Again no answer. I assume that's what you get when a company uses a Hotmail email address. So 6 weeks after installing the system, the camera had an IPC error on shutdown. I emailed the company a few more times with no reply. I then called the company several times only to get the same digital answering machine saying to call at a certain time. It didn't matter if I called within their time frame or not, I still haven't received anything. I am now frustrated and contacting Amazon. Luckily Amazon refunded me but I received a $44 restocking fee because I was 2 weeks out of the 30 day return period. Buyer warning!
