UPDATE! CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT BE OBTAINED YET! The worst part. You get what you pay for. Now I understand it. This system has been hacked repeatedly. Customer service is bad, from Asia. For those who actually make a living and have time around 1am to eat and settle down, this system isn't for you. Pay money and get something much better with American customer service, damn it, just go to one of the big companies. The video was very crappy with night vision. However, if the bug is just a few feet away from you, you're in gold! I couldn't see past my pool or even part of it! The day was pretty good. I didn't have a 1TB drive. The support team, again the language barrier, could not understand this. Chaos happens, return my block and give me what I paid for. I really want people to do what I did and wait for a grace period before posting a review so customers understand that the HONEYMOON phase doesn't last very long or is still pretty darn amazing. In my case, it sucks. Just an honest review.
