I like how easy it is to search for open positions in my area of interest. It helps me see what companies are hiring right now and allows me to apply when there might be an opening soon! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get your application approved but they do their best to help you through the process as quickly as possible. They have some great resources available online (like videos) which can give you tips about resumes and cover letters. The layout isn't very intuitive or user friendly so if you're not familiar with using this type of software it may take awhile before you feel comfortable enough to use it regularly. If you want something simple to post job listings and receive applications from candidates then this will work well for you. We've been able to find several opportunities since we started posting here at our organization.
