The platform is easy to navigate and search through thousands of available opportunities using filters such as location or salary rate range. One of my favorite features is being able to search for positions in one place rather than looking 10 different places at once! It would be great if it had an AI feature where you could create your own searches as well - I'm not sure how far along they are with this but its something worth considering since there isn't much competition out here now (at least when searching through their platform). I like how easy it is to search for open positions in my area of interest. It helps me see what companies are hiring right now and allows me to apply when there might be an opening soon! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get your application approved but they do their best to help you through the process as quickly as possible. I like how easy it is to find new job opportunities using career vault! It has definitely helped me narrow down what type of companies would be best for my skill set or experience (and vice versa). Sometimes there are specific skills required which aren't listed in their search bar but you can filter them out later if needed/applicable.
