This is a great phone mount. I went through five or six good mounts to find a good one. Some other Moines devices will heat up the phone while charging or phones will fall out after being hit on the road. Not this one, it works great! The phone's weight means the side wick is good enough to keep it in place on most terrains. It was enough to keep the phone in hand during several sessions on the easy speedway course. The mount is elastic, but the rebound absorbs some of the shock so the phone doesn't come out of the mount. I am so delighted with this holder that I have purchased two more for other vehicles.
