We found coconut oil to be a lubricant for all kinds of massages. Luckily we don't need that much personal lubrication, but there are a few things that require extra gliding. We ordered this in place of our regular coconut oil as we thought it could offer a bit more lubrication and we loved the idea of smell and taste. The oil was a fantastic addition. love everything about it The only thing holding it back from being a five star purchase is the small size of the container. Therefore, the cost per ounce is slightly higher than we expected. But here, too, the product stands for itself and we are both very satisfied with our choice.
