Review on JanSport Big Campus Backpack - Lightweight 15-Inch Laptop Bag (Russet Red) by Lynn Martinez

This backpack was purchased on August 17, 2021 and arrived. My daughter has been using it for just over two months and then picked it up last week and the left strap just came loose. He just collapsed. You can see photos. I can't believe Jansport is made so cheap now! We bought this backpack for durability and now it's useless! I really hope that the seller will replace. Jansport has a lifetime guarantee! If they honor their warranty and replace the backpack I will change my rating. The backpack is new again, two months old. Such a shame. I grew up with Jansport backpacks and never had a problem. It's really funny that the strap broke so quickly! Made cheap. Don't waste money!
