Huge waste of money

Huge waste of money. My cell phone is brand new. I plugged it in and the battery was really dead. I thought it was an accident. I've tried several times over the course of 2 days and each time the power has gone out or the phone has told me to use a different charger. that it takes 8 hours to charge the phone. I have a Galaxy S21+. such a crap.
