This is a fantastic mug for Trekkies who never have to go anywhere. It's great for holding liquids while stationary and demonstrating to a very small subset of people that you are the coolest kid on Deep Space Nine. Unfortunately, the lid doesn't have any locking mechanism and is in no way leak-proof. It doesn't seal, and there are big gaps where coffee comes spilling out if you so much as take a sharp turn. If you're looking for a travel mug, this isn't it.
