Review on Lenovo ThinkVision M14 Anti Glare Monitor, 1920X1080 Screen by Steve Matthews

Great portable monitor

When it comes to portable monitors, this is hard to beat. I originally chose this display after purchasing the ASUS MB16AC. This monitor was fine, but I found the case/stand to be a deal breaker. The purpose of a portable monitor is to be _portable_ and the ASUS stand is not reliable or easy to set up on uneven ground. The crux of the problem is that ASUS and other folio-style stands don't allow for continuous customization. Sign in to Lenovo. It weighs about the same as the _case_ for ASUS. Its stand offers stability and smooth adjustment like a laptop. It offers 45W of bandwidth, which should be enough if your laptop only has a single USB-C port or you're using a phone. And not only does it have ports on either side, they're not flush with the display surface either. This allows the display to sit flush with your laptop display - I wasn't expecting this to be one of my favorite features of this monitor. Overall, the display itself is as good as it gets. It's incredibly light, easy to use on a variety of surfaces, can be set flush with the laptop panel, and the polyester sleeve/sleeve does the job perfectly. It would have been nice to have a more durable case, but having seen older Lenovo portables with sliding plastic cases that cracked with use, I appreciated the durability of the case that came with this model. There's also coil squeaking when I connect my 13-inch MacBook Pro to the display, but that doesn't bother me that much personally. I used Lenovo more in the first week than ASUS in about a year.
