Not everyone can use it.
I know this product works for many people and I was hoping it would work for me as well. But after 5 days of using it once a day, exactly as directed, my lashes fell out. Oops! I don't want to belittle a successful product but apparently not everyone can use this product successfully. And as they advise, discontinue use if you experience any side effects, which I obviously did.
