No assembly directions were provided and the exploded view diagram shows the steering bar incorrectly on top of the framework and the tie rod which ties the two sides together and makes the wheels turn together. I ordered this for a Halloween costume and other general art uses- and it definitely works! As long as you let the paint dry as recommended and let it charge in the sun or bright light it'll glow. 2-3 coats may be needed, but thats pretty standard for most paints. It dries well also! I was worried that the paint would dry and turn my fabric a much lighter color, but it didn't!My only real complaints are that it's marketed as acrylic paint, when it has more of a smell and consistency to glue.
