I've tried the others & this is the one that really works. Also great service via Blinc if you need it, call their direct phone number at[.]. Comes with a manual with exact instructions, but very simple to use if you just turn it on, give about 10 seconds till the indicator shows it's warm, and hold at the root of your lashes for 10 seconds, then slide about halfway up your lashes & hold for 10 seconds again. None of the other lash curlers hold - this one does.

After receiving a defective product by no fault of the sender. I informed them of the problem and was sent a return label with envelope. I received a replacement product and it works well. Works, but not as well as traditional curler, brush doesn't seem to get hot enough to do much curling.Will not replace my traditional eyelash curler.

When I first got my BLINC heated lash curler, I loved it. All the positive reviews I read were a reality. It worked great. Unfortunately, after only a couple weeks it stopped working. It seems like the area the battery goes is loose and just poor quality. I am not sure if it has to do with that, but i tried fixing and replaced the battery, still nothing. I wanted to exchange, but alas I am just over the 30 day window you get for this item. It would be fantastic if I could just get it to turn…

This curler was a great idea, however, the curl is hard to achieve and even harder to maintain. I’m glad it wasn’t expensive but I don’t think I will be using this much.

It's not that it's a bad product but I definitely would recommend a change or two. I wish there was a guide for the top of the eyelashes otherwise your just pushing the lashes up.

I bought this item and got it a week ago. I tried it out and it wasn't good as I expected, because when I use the heated lash curler, it kind of takes off the mascara as I'm using it to curl my eyelashes. At the end, my lashes did not look good because the heated lash curler kind of messed up the mascara on my eyelashes.

Now used several times and just the right tool for helping my lashes. Sometimes I need a bit of help after mascara and to help my bottom lashes to separate.

I am returning the item without the battery inside.Speedy delivery though.Love the blinc eyelash mascara for when I go to the chiro and have to lay down onmy face.

Been using this tool since 2004. They will say to heat and curl BEFORE the mascara but I get better results by putting one coat of waterproof on first, THEN heating and apply more coats after. I find I have to replace mine after 1.5 years. Always have batteries on hand as battery power goes quickly.

this does not work. do not waste your money. it get very hot and still does not curl my eye lashes. I have very long eyelashes and it does nothing.

This product will slightly curl your lashes but its no small of a difference it's not worth spending money. I'm back to heating a regular eyelash curler with a blow dryer.
