This is a nice kit. I had a problem with the needles bending and the company immediately sent me new needles to replace the bent ones. They also asked for my input on how to make the kit better. I bought this in October. I have noticed that my power button does not always work. I'm finding that I need to unplug battery and plug back in than I fight with the power button to get it to turn on. Once I get it to turn on it does heat quickly and love that it has the heating elements in the arms and its comfortable. Sheds a lot, very thin in the back - you can see right through the weft to your scalp - and the cap fit awkwardly. It couldn't reach from my nape to my front hairline, but was so wide from ear to ear around the back that it bulged oddly. I ordered a large and the sleeves were way too short so I returned that and ordered an extra large and it's too big on me. The sleeves were too long, the jacket was wider than I liked but I needed something in a hurry so I cinched in the waistline to make it fit better and rolled up the sleeves. As a result of using this product I found that it is poorly made and doesn't last long. The finish chips off easily and the drawers don`t slide smoothly.
