My pandemic-related hobby is making chocolate. After reading that plastic is better for tempering chocolate the easy way (in the microwave) I found this simple little product and it's PERFECT for my needs. It's small and compact, easy to hold while stirring, and the spout has greatly reduced clutter in my kitchen. If you want to gradually melt your food in the microwave, this is the way to go. Glass and even some plastics get too hot for butter or chocolate.
