Review on Dell OptiPlex 3040 Micro Bit Multi Language by Thomas Drew
Great PC, wrong PSU sent.
There is no suitable mains adapter in this system. The CPU stays locked at 0.79GHz no matter what I do. This has happened to me before. The spec shows it should have mgjn9 and it has tn800. What I'm seeing with the processor is exactly the problem where it looks like it should work from the power rating and socket size, but it doesn't. If the seller sends the correct power supply, I will change the rating and comments.
