The best feature is that I can see who has opened an email from me or sent it to someone else (they have been cc'd). It's not always accurate - sometimes you'll get false positives about non-email threats like phishing emails being viewed but they're usually pretty obvious so no big deal there. Sometimes when viewing CCed messages in my inbox Outlook will lag for up tp 10 seconds before showing them! This doesn't happen as often now since we upgraded our server years ago but still happens occasionally even after upgrading again recently. We've seen less spam overall because of this product however some legitimate business communication gets caught too which seems odd given its purpose.
