Review on Stay Visible and Dry with the BTR Waterproof High Vis Reflective Backpack Cover by Donald Phillips

Bought one, loved its waterproofing and bought 2 more I've modified it to suit my needs but overall it's the perfect reflective and waterproof backpack bag. I wore it in the pouring rain for over an hour and not a single drop spilled. Other people told me how bright it was, they saw me running from afar (dressed up while cycling). I don't really like the position of the cable holder at the bottom, it cuts into my lower back when cycling. But like I said, I modified it to suit my needs. However, the price cannot compete with the waterproofing and the "visibility" factor.
