They are very knowledgeable and give great information with each visit to their office. I have had nothing but excellent experiences, both as a client and an employee of them. Great team that works hard for you! The only thing that can possibly be improved is making sure they offer more long-term contracts instead of jumping from one agency to another every few months. My business has benefited tremendously by working with this group who know how important it is to take care of your clients needs. Having constant monthly reports makes it easy for me continue pushing forward without hesitation when things become tough. I have worked with them for several years now as both their client AND consultant; they are very responsive to my needs/concerns during our relationship (both in person & via email). They do great work! The only thing that could be improved would probably just require more time from me - which isn't always possible when you're working multiple jobs at once ;) We've been able pull off some pretty cool projects together over those past few yrs of being partners / clients alike :).
