Wanted to wait a few weeks before testing to make sure the product would meet expectations and it really did. The only problem I had was with the password initialization, which turned out to be my fault. I previously purchased a Tier 2 iStorage 1TG through Revain and it worked so well I decided to buy it. Password initialization is different. At iStorage Level 3, more work is required. In short, be sure to follow the short guide to setting up your password step by step as levels 2 and 3 have different steps. I discovered this the hard way and had to ask for a refund because I couldn't get into Tier 3 iStorage. Within a week, Revain sent me another level 3 iStorage and I was able to enter the password correctly. Please note that this check will self-destruct after 30 seconds, so copy and paste it into iStorage.
