Sorry I tried to be funny. I think this company has a great sense of humor when it comes to what can be obscene! Butt, they support their product! (Sorry again, couldn't resist!) I'm glad I didn't pay attention to the many negative reviews, because I could have overlooked this wonderful product! Others have complained about their customer service and I have to admit that I was a little put off by the lack of a phone number and the only way to contact them for customer service was via email. At first I had a problem with leaks from the plastic mega adapter and I tried several times but there were still leaks. I emailed them and they responded almost immediately and offered to send me a brass replacement so I agreed, thinking if that didn't work I'd probably return the whole thing! When the replacement brass adapter arrived it was much smaller and on the verge of giving up. But I emailed them again and they were quick to reply that this one plugs right into my lines as opposed to the plastic adapter. (I noticed one bad review mentioning that they have a smaller replacement element but never contacted the company.) The replacement element worked very well with no leaks and I'm happy to report that after a few weeks very satisfied am my TUSHI! :) Again, sorry for my attempt at a joke! But it's hard not to when it comes to a product called TUSHY and Company, with an installation brochure that says: HOW TO PIECE THIS SHIT TOGETHER, and the back of the brochure says: HOORAY! YOU CONNECTED THIS SHIT TOGETHER! I did and for what it's worth, I'm beyond happy with my TUSHY!
