Firstly the product is great, the features are good and the display is elegant. But it's so cheaply made I've had 2 mishaps, one broke and the other lasted a few days. The metal back of the first was bent, rendering the slot unusable. I sent it back to Amazon and decided to get another one as the reviews were so good. The second lasted 5 days. I've left it on my desk from the moment I received it and the plastic backing on it has cracked and shattered, causing the slots to stop charging. My guess is that the tension of the springs inside split the cheap plastic case apart. The hassle of packing, shipping it back to Amazon, and waiting 30 days for a refund and then reordering isn't worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and order Nitechore chargers. My previous one lasted 3-4 years.
