The silicone of the pouches is nice and thick and the size is good but I can't get them to stay closed so their usefulness is limited. The slightest pressure on the bag will cause the clasp to open. I was hoping to use these to replace all single use ziplock bags but their numbers are limited. I can use them for basic storage but not for anything that might leak or spill. Unfortunately, I'll have to keep looking for one that actually stays tight. Update June 2020 - so there was a card in my bag pack that offered me a free set of storage items if I leave a review and provide a copy to the company. . I left this review (roughly) and filled out the form on their website. A few weeks later I received an email from the company asking for another copy of the review so they could process their offer. I have made. A week later I received another email saying I had to change my rating and give the product five stars in order to receive their offer. Well, nowhere on the offer card in my package did it say the offer was a "reward" for a good review. As a customer, I rely on HONEST reviews to decide whether or not to buy something. In fact, in many cases, I go to the negative/lower ratings first. I want to know what didn't work so I can decide if I can work with it or not. So I felt it important to share this experience so others can make an informed decision about the free offer that accompanies the bags. I use the packages ordered, but the seal is not entirely satisfied. They are great for basic use and I will continue to use them.
