Defective and pre-opened
Surprised that a $200 item arrived in such poor condition. I knew something was wrong as soon as I opened the box - usually you have to unwrap those pesky plastic/foam mounts that manufacturers wrap around each item and there weren't any. As soon as I plugged it in I was impressed by the power of the air, but it never got hot, looks like it's broken. I sent it back straight away, hoping to warn others to be careful with this, especially disappointing considering it's straight from Amazon!
