The scanner is small, fast and works as advertised. The ability to scan off-screen is a nice bonus, but in return the device sacrifices usable scanning area and the user must get very close to the target to be able to scan it, whether the target is a screen or a printed object is barcode. Also, it isn't explicitly stated in any of the descriptions, but the USB connector on the device itself is USB-C, not Micro-USB. This isn't a huge issue in itself, but it's worth noting that many scanners of this type use Micro-USB, and if you're planning on adding them to an existing fleet or scanner, their charging and connection method will be different than others.
