The Zosi DVR/camera system works very well. I had to contact support/tech support shortly after installing the hardware. I tried to view some recorded footage but found that the system didn't save anything initially. All system settings were set correctly and there was plenty of disk space. Obviously the software needed to be updated/updated right out of the box; required to download the file to a flash drive and then reboot the system to update. Another issue I had was that the USB ports on the front and back of the DVR are the same USB ports and only one device can work in these slots at a time. I had a mouse connected to the rear USB port and when I wanted to upload recordings I plugged the flash drive into the front USB port but that disabled the mouse. I gave this product a 4 star rating based on the product itself. On the other hand, I had 5 star customer service with Zosi's technical support team. Koko, the rep who helped me troubleshoot, did a great job overall. Coco helped me step by step to identify the cause of problems and find solutions. The DVR and cameras now work fine except for the dual USB. I would buy this system again.
