It's easy to set up new services or change existing ones - it also has an excellent reporting system that is very user friendly for both users who are not familiar with spreadsheets as well those more experienced in using them! The platform can be slow at times but this could just have been down time rather than any issues within our own systems/platforms etc so I would say give outscore another try if you're having problems getting your data entered into their database quickly enough (or even sometimes!).
