Make sure it's a touch screen
I didn't like that the first device I bought was labeled as a touchscreen...plugged it in, asked Revain questions and it still didn't work...but this one does. So with the white cable and HDMI you should have a touchscreen. If it's not a touchscreen, it was mislabeled in the warehouse. Send it back and order the one with the touch screen.
