I received these for use with an Oly 60mm f/2.8 macro lens with Oly FL-LM2 flash kit with cardboard tube/diffuser. The diffuser was built to reach a 60mm tip so the flash is somewhat hidden with the extensions added; it doesn't help the extra light needed for the extension but I haven't had any issues so far. You can get close to 2:1 magnification on the m43 sensor with +26mm extensions, but it looks a bit soft. I'm not sure if it was a missed focus or not. These extensions work great with 60mm. +10mm is almost always present on the lens. It's really difficult to use the original 1:1 setting at 60mm with it, but for me it's a good way to get a true 1:1 if it's not an inch from the top of the lens. With the 12-40mm f/2.8 I could use the +10mm extension on the 40mm side, but not with the 12mm (Meike explains this in the manual); Thankfully, this lens has pretty good close-focus capabilities anyway. The extra lens connection -> body makes the device less secure, but I don't think that's actually a problem.
